Every WWE fan can feel for Drew McIntyre.
The Scottish Warrior was screwed again by his WWE nemesis CM Punk at the Clash at the Castle in his home country, Scotland as he was inches away to win the World Heavyweight Championship defeating Damian Priest. However, the original match referee was injured during the match and Punk appeared as the crooked referee depriving him of the title.

Drew McIntyre just gave away the same vibe as Dave Bautista did in 2010 following his loss in a ‘I Quit’ match against John Cena in 2010. Later, the now Hollywood star, left WWE for good as he was reportedly denied the opportunity to act in movies or television as Cena which eventually propelled the Animal to leave the company.
Of course, Bautista was a huge WWE Superstar but his departure from the company cleared him the road to explore acting as he previously described, the wrestler-turned-actor was in love with acting.
Now, McIntyre has just announced in the latest episode of Monday Night RAW that he is quitting the company. “Screw this company, I quit,” the Scottish Warrior announced during his scheduled promotion at the event. Triple H and Raw General Manager, Adam Pearce tried to calm McIntyre down backstage but he was unstoppable and stormed out of the arena.

The recent episode of RAW was special as Uncle Howdy made his RAW debut with his misfits in over a five-minute-long entrance. However, McIntyre’s leaving the company raised the eyebrows of many fans.

Bautista saw fame and glory as he forged his career in Hollywood as an actor following his career as a professional wrestler. The actor has worked with several prominent directors including Denis Villeneuve, M. Night Shyamalan, and Zack Snyder, and of course, his glorious MCU tenure under James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy made him an even bigger star in the industry.
Bautista will play Joe Flood in J. J. Perry’s upcoming action comedy The Killer’s Game, based on Jay Bonansinga’s novel of the same name. Flood is a veteran assassin who “fends off a hit he placed on himself after learning the terminal medical diagnosis he received was incorrect,” the plot of the movie reads.

McIntyre is also set to appear in the movie as Rory Mackenzie, seemingly as a hitman after Bautista’s Flood. Most details of the movie and McIntyre’s role are still under wraps.
The movie will reunite Bautista’s Guardians of the Galaxy co-star Pom Klementieff. The Killer’s Game also stars Ben Kingsley, Sofia Boutella, Terry Crews, Scott Adkins, and co.
The Killer’s Game is slated for September 13, 2024 release
