It’s a surprise for all of us. Kevin Feige dropped f-bomb at 2024 CinemaCon. Disney teased the audiences with nine-minute vulgar and hilarious spoiler-free footage from the upcoming movie.

It’s f-cking awesome,” Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige said at the event. He added he is allowed to say that because it’s an R-rated film — and continued to say the F-word a few more times.

The crowd was asked to put their phones in silent mode before the presentation kicked off. The footage began with Wade Wilson as a car salesman, retired from the superhero world.

S*ck it Fox, I’m going to Disneyland. Get f*cked,” Reynolds said in the character. There were also references to cocaine use (“The only thing Feige said was off limits!” Deadpool said in the footage)

The footage ended with Deadpool reuniting with Wolverine, driving together in a car. There, Deadpool pokes fun at Wolverine’s dress. Deadpool says, “Friends don’t let friends leave the house dressed like they look like they play for the Los Angeles Rams.”

Deadpool & Wolverine sees Ryan Reynolds reprising his titular role and Hugh Jackman returning as Wolverine. Apart from these two, the film stars Emma Corrin, Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Jennifer Garner, Uggams, Karan Soni and Macfadyen.

How Fans Reacted To This Clip?

From the very beginning when it was announced that the threequel was coming, fans were hyped up. The movie, which marks Marvel Studios’ first R-rated project, was initially slated to be released on May 3, but due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, it faced a delay in production, and thus the release date changed to July 26 this year.

As Feige and director Shawn Levy introduced the clip at CinemaCon, the excitement just increased among fans.

Although the movie will have multiple cameos, director Levy during his chat with Collider said that it will be more Deadpool and Wolverine-centric.

Deadpool & Wolverine will hit the theaters on 26 July 2024.
