Ryan Reynolds is in the mood for acknowledgment of the actors who had remarkable cameos in Deadpool & Wolverine. Recently, the actor took to X to celebrate the actors including Wesley Snipes, Jennifer Garner, and Dafne Keen. In the appreciation post, fans also tagged along the actor who played Merc with the Mouth to celebrate Keen’s surprising return.
Ryan Reynolds Celebrates Dafne Keen’s Return As X-23
Deadpool & Wolverine is packed with several astounding cameos that have generated wide cheer in the theater, for the most part. One of the important cameos, X-23 aka Laura played by Dafne Keen has astonished viewers, especially when she recreates the same sunglass-wearing scene before action in 2027’s Logan. Ryan Reynolds still holds the scene in the movie so dearly.
“When Dafne Keen shows up in #DeadpoolAndWolverine she shines her light toward the big beating heart of the movie. Dafne and Hugh standing next to each other is a pinch me moment. It stands on the shoulders of the LOGAN film which is both a masterpiece and a giant,” Reynolds wrote in a recent post on X praising Keen’s return.

Director Shawn Levy and “I have been living with her every day in the edit and sound mix throughout a pretty relentless post production. Even three days ago as we went through the film’s gag reel. I still get geeked out seeing her in those sunglasses,” he said of her cool action scene.
Keen’s return after nearly seven years has been received well by fans. When she first played Logan’s daughter, she was just 11-year-old and now she has turned to be a mature character with calmness on her face. But no mistake, the ruthless action is well intact.
Fans Hailed Dafne Keen Again
Following Reynolds’ post on X, fans cheered for Keen once again. Keen had a much bigger role in Deadpool & Wolverine. Her character Laura defeated Juggernaut helping Deadpool & Wolverine retrieve his helmet to block Cassandra Nova’s psychic powers. “I’m SO happy folks all around the world who’ve been carried away to a better place by Dafne and Hugh Jackman and their unbelievable performances,” Reynolds wrote. Now, fans are cheering with Reynolds for Keen.

Keen’s return as X-23 has also opened the pathways for her future appearances as Laura in other Marvel projects, possibly getting a standalone movie or TV show carrying the legacy of Logan.
