Deadpool & Wolverine is the only Marvel theatrical slate for the year and Marvel Studios has high expectations from the movie. Deadpool & Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as he returned after retiring from his iconic role of Wolverine for one more shot. Jackman played the character for over 24 years, counting his latest movie joining the MCU. Now, as the promotion of the movie is on the horizon, Reynolds has provided a disclaimer of the movie. “We’re very excited to be joining you July 26,” the actor began in a recent video on his YouTube channel.

“But we should set the table correctly. This film is as paper thin as a sequel to Battlefield Earth,” Reynolds explained before revealing the senseless beating, Disney jokes, d*ck jokes, and several jokes at the expense of the lead stars.
“We’re mostly going to beat each other senseless, make enemies with Disney, tell a few d*ck jokes, make a few jokes at my expense, make a lot of jokes at Hugh’s expense, and completely sidestep Marvel’s mandated after-credits sequence, which if you haven’t figured it out yet, is always just a commercial for another movie which will invariably end with a commercial for another movie.”
So, sit back, relax, the actor added, “let us lower your IQ and raise your heart rate while we travel to a vapid Dreamland, a place where grown men and grown women walk around in tights, and act like it’s not a giant cultural cry for help. This is cinema”

Amid several rumors, Taylor Swift‘s appearance in Deadpool & Wolverine as Dazzler was swirling around for quite a while, in fact, it is still not out of the speculations among fans. In his recent chart with Fandango joining his co-star Hugh Jackman and director Shawn Levy, Reynolds diverted his answer when the host Jacqueline Coley asked about it. “Movies like this are there so many there’s so much speculation about so many people that might end up in the film,” Reynolds said.
