Kelly Clarkson did not hold back after MCU’s Avengers: Endgame met with a few bad reviews. The highest-grossing MCU movie is also the second highest-rated MCU movie with a stunning 94% score on Rotten Tomatoes trailing just behind Black Panther. For Clarkson, Avengers: Endgame does not deserve the negative reviews as the movie has a phenomenal impact on pop culture with astounding action and emotion the movie offers.

The Stronger and Because of You singer recently reacted to a series of negative Letterboxd reviews of a few of her all-time favorite movies and that includes Avengers: Endgame. The singer and the chat show host’s daytime talk show’s YouTube channel posted a video where she hilariously attacked the reviewers who did not like the 2019 superhero epic. “Who gave this a bad review?” she lashed out at critics.

Clarkson’s frustration was further revealed by her following comments, “Ugh, it’s just these big epic Marvel things. These big epic superhero movies,” she added.

Of course, Avengers: Endgame, in fact, every Marvel movie is a mass entertainer with a wide global fanbase. The box office numbers of the movie prove that fact. However, despite mostly positive reviews, some critics could not shower the love over the movie that ended Rober Downey Jr.’s MCU tenure with a glorious end.

Clarkson further stated that every movie does not need to embrace the essence of The Shawshank Redemption which stars Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. “Fans love them. Not everything has to be Shawshank Redemption. Whatever,” she added.

Previously, several legendary filmmakers and movie stars have openly revealed their hatred towards Marvel Movies which includes Martin Scorsese, and Francis Ford Coppola. Reading one review from a Letterboxd user who refers to Scorsese’s theme park reference kept the movie in a bad light. Clarkson took a jibe at the reviewer stating,  “There’s nothing wrong with theme park rides,” adding “People love theme parks!

Another ridiculous review, at least through Clarkson’s POV, hated the movie based on the weird premise as the reviewer revealed that they were upset watching Scarlett Johansson Natasha Romanoff eating a peanut butter sandwich while she could have had a better snack considering the movie’s $350 million budget. “I know what you’re talking about, and that’s when all of her friends freaking disappeared!” the singer mocked the reviewer. “They’re gone! Who cares what she’s eating?! Was she supposed to be dining on sushi while all of her friends were gone? Like, I don’t know!”

Finally, the singer and the host gave her verdict on the movie that also stars Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth and several other MCU stars. “The end of Endgame was so boss! They all came back! Doctor Strange is incredible. He was just like br, br, br, br  with the magic, and like everybody came through and was like, ‘What’s up, Thanos?'” Clarkson said giving five out of five stars to the film. “It was really great,” she added saying, “I loved it.”
