In another interview, Nolan told IndiaToday, “It’s so exciting for us to be here. We think of ourselves as a big deal, but Bollywood is bigger than Hollywood. The way films are made here is a little more in keeping with the way we like to make our films.

He added, “There’s an emphasis on practical beauty, on stunt work. I’m just kind of in awe of the way Bollywood movies are made. I’m hoping to kind of skip my plane and stick around and see what I can learn.”

Despite his enthusiasm for Bollywood, Nolan admitted that he hasn’t had much time recently to watch Indian films. He mentioned that the last Indian film he watched was the epic RRR, which garnered significant attention in North America. “The last one was RRR which is of course… That really broke through North America as well, it is an extraordinary movie,” he noted.

With his fascination for Bollywood action and a busy schedule ahead, Jonathan Nolan’s future plans might include a visit to India to experience the magic of Bollywood firsthand.
