Gen V star Chance Perdomo has died at the age of 27 following a motorcycle accident. Perdomo played Andre Anderson in The Boys spin-off series, an important role for the series and he was set to appear in the season of the show.

Chance Perdomo’s publicist confirmed to Variety that the actor passed away in a motorcycle accident. “It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident,” the publicist said in a statement to the outlet.
“Authorities have advised that no other individuals were involved. His passion for the arts and insatiable appetite for life was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth will carry on in those who he loved dearest. We ask to please respect the family’s wish for privacy as they mourn the loss of their beloved son and brother.”
Details of the accident and location are unknown as of the publication.
Gen V Producers Mourned Chance Perdomo’s Tragic Death
In a joint statement, Gen V producers responded to Perdomo’s untimely death. “We can’t quite wrap our heads around this,” the statement reads (via Variety).
“For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person. Even writing about him in the past tense doesn’t make sense. We are so sorry for Chance’s family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague. Hug your loved ones tonight.”
Perdomo was an emerging star. The British-American actor also appeared in the Netflix show Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The film credit of the actor includes the last three movies of After film series— After We Fell, After Ever Happy, and After Everything.
