Ryan Reynold and Hugh Jackman are set to hit the theatres with high expectations seeding in fans’ minds worldwide. Shawn Levy’s multiversal madness features two titular MCU heroes— Deadpool and Wolverine (who do not always go long) teaming up for a mission, that will follow utter chaos. Interestingly, the movie has stunning cameos as teased in the trailer and the promotional teaser. Recently the appearance of Sabretooth has been confirmed and now a fan claims that Hulk would have a cameo in the movie.
Marvel Fan Claims Hulk’s Cameo In Deadpool & Wolverine
So far, there has not been any update on the appearance of the big green guy, Hulk’s cameo in Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman-led Deadpool & Wolverine. However, the possibility of the appearance of the green monster in the MCU’s highly anticipated movie is not out of the world as one Marvel fan has theorized how Hulk could appear in Shawn Levy’s movie.
“Cassandra Nova’s portal will lead straight into Sokovia during Age of Ultron,” the Reddit user wrote on the platform. That is where the snowy scene we have seen in the trailer, came from, “Mark Ruffalo’s savage Hulk will encounter them and just assume that Deadpool & Wolverine are both some random Ultron goons.”
The fan went on to add, “Also, this is just a guess but because this variant of Wolverine is an alcoholic and Deadpool is a comedy, I am betting Deadpool will try to boost Wolverine’s confidence like he is about to face a bully, but Logan just ends up getting smashed, there’s no shot Hulk loses a 3rd time in a row.”
As per the theory, Deadpool will resort to Black Window’s tactic to fight the green monster, “Then Deadpool resorts to plan B and tries to mimic Black Widows tactic ‘Hey big guy, the suns getting real low’ just to get banana split by the Incredible Hulk.”
Sounds magical, Hulk’s cameo would be massive and fans will certainly go wild in the scene if it happens exactly as described in the theory.
“Who else would flip a vehicle?” — Backing The Theory
If you are not convinced or still dwindled with doubt, there’s more that might smash your confusion. The Marvel fan then established evidence to support his theory.
“In the most recent D&W trailer from 21 hours ago Wolverine clashes with Sabertooth and Deadpool says ‘People have been waiting decades for this’ even though we’ve already seen Wolverine fight Sabertooth in Xmen 2000 and Origins, while it will be cool to see them fight again, I doubt people have been anticipating a third rematch with that much excitement. Also, Mark Ruffalo worked with Ryan Reynolds on that movie The Adam Project right when Deadpool & Wolverine began production, and that was also a multiverse movie.”
The user then adds a few photographs, in one of the few pictures, we see Reynolds and Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo sleeping under a tree near what appears to be a trash can lid from the top, where there are two stickers— one is of Hulk and one Deadpool. In another photo, we see a shot from the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer where in the background a military vehicle could be seen that was thrown over, who could have done that? Best guess… Hulk.
